Improve your functional fitness and become stronger than you knew you could be with Boot Camp! This is a whole-body, multi-joint workout based in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Designed to cater to all fitness levels, this class is a great way to increase your endurance, build muscle, and improve your agility!

  • Program Participants: $45/month or $6 day pass
  • Members: $25/month or $4 day pass
