INGREDIENTS:
-Dark leafy greens (a large handful or 4 cups)
-Coconut milk (or any milk of your choosing—or water or juice)
-Blueberries
-Frozen Banana
-1/3 cup of Peanut Butter (any nut butter of your choice)<\p>

RECIPE:
1. Add your greens to the blender
2. Add in frozen blueberries
3. Add in frozen banana after breaking into small pieces
4. Add in your 1/3 cups of nut butter
5. Pour in your coconut milk. 1 cup at first. Add more liquid if the
smoothie is too thick.
6. Trick your kids with leafy greens!
7. Enjoy your smoothie!
